Paul has introduced a new celebration cake range for home delivery and click-and-collect.
The range comprises: Chocolate Macaron Cake, Summer Berry Layer Cake, Almond & Marzipan Fruit Gâteau, Chocolate Layer Cake, Strawberry Summer Cheesecake and Apricot Cheesecake.
Orders for home delivery to selected postcodes and click-and-collect need to be placed by 12 noon with 48 hours’ notice, said the firm. Click-and-collect is available from one of its 18 shops, which have reopened across London, plus its main bakery in Acton, West London.
Chocolate Macaron Cake (£46.95) – chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate buttercream and strawberry jam, coated in chocolate buttercream and topped with mini macarons, golden curls, balls and a leaf.
Summer Berry Layer Cake (£35.95) – contains three layers of vanilla sponge, sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and fresh fruits, finished with buttercream, fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.
Almond & Marzipan Fruit Gâteaux (£46.95) – layers of vanilla sponge are sandwiched with whipped cream and fresh strawberry, blueberry, banana and kiwi, as well as peach slices. Coated with whipped cream and toasted flaked almonds, it is topped with a layer of marzipan and whole fresh fruit.
Chocolate Layer Cake (£35.95) – a three-tiered chocolate sponge, filled with whipped cream and fresh fruit, topped with whipped cream and whole fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
Strawberry Summer/Apricot Cheesecake (£20.95) – made up of layers of cream cheese on a biscuit crumb base, topped with fresh fruit and glazed with either strawberry or apricot.
