Baker appointed as new Maple Leaf MD
Canada-based Maple Leaf Foods has announced the appointment of Peter Baker as the new head of bakery at its UK operations, Maple Leaf Bakery UK. He will take over the role of managing director, effective 6 April, after Maple Leaf’s parent company Canada Bread announced the departure of previous MD Peter Maycock last month.
