Paul UK has opened its first site outside London, situated in Oxford city centre.

The shop will be open seven days a week, and has opened as part of the bakery’s bid to move further afield from London.

The Oxford site is the company’s first move in a brand roll-out that will see further openings in 2015.

The business creates handmade tarts, cakes and pastries on-site, as well as baguettes, salads and artisan breads.

Paul UK has also recently launched a pizza range, which is available at the Oxford site.

Paul has opened more than 30 shops in the UK since it first launched in London in 2000.

As a brand, Paul also has a presence in 29 countries across the world and claims that 4.6 million customers walk through its doors each month.
