The 2023 Baking Industry Awards was a fitting showpiece to celebrate the wonderful achievements of this incredible sector over the past year. 

Taking place on Tuesday 7 November at the Royal Lancaster London, a total of 14 different winners triumphed in categories including Craft Bakery Business of the Year, Rising Star Award, Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry, and the newly created Employer of the Year.  

Upon receiving their trophies from sponsors, the winners were quickly interviewed by host Ellie Taylor, with often amusing and sometimes heart-rendering responses and interactions. Watch our video for interview highlights.
