Konditor & Cook unveils Cake Hole and spring range

Konditor & Cook has unveiled its revamped Cornwall Road site, which has been renamed the Cake Hole following a total overhaul.

Unlike its other stores, the site now focuses purely on Konditor & Cook’s sweet range and offers customers a place to sit down and enjoy their cake with a coffee.

To coincide with the opening, the London-based bakery has released its spring and Easter range, which includes Gin & Tonic, Gooseberry & Elderflower and Passion Fizz cakes. The latter features a Victoria sponge soaked with prosecco and filled with a passion-fruit curd.
