Roberts Bakery has created a special Christmas loaf, which consumers can register to win on its website.
Following the success of its limited-edition Royal loaf earlier this year, to celebrate the birth of Prince George, the Cheshire bakery firm has developed a Boxing Day bread.
The festive creation features cranberries, clementine zest, sage and onion, as well as malted wheat and barley flakes.
A limited run of 26 loaves are being produced, which customers can register to win on Roberts’ website, with the lucky winners to have their bread delivered on Christmas Eve.
Tim Wild, commercial director, Roberts Bakery, said: “Our Boxing Day bread will transform lacklustre left-overs into gastronomic treats - wrapping turkey and goose in a specially created bread that enhances the flavours of the festive season and bursts with fruity freshness.”
