With celebrations still underway from this year’s extravaganza, British Baker is thrilled to announce the date for the Baking Industry Awards 2024 – Thursday 24 October.
The illustrious awards will once again take place at the Royal Lancaster in London where attendees will enjoy an evening of festivities, complete with a drinks’ reception, three-course dinner, celebrity host, and after-dinner entertainment.
“It’s full steam ahead at British Baker as we get the wheels in motion for the 2024 Baking Industry Awards,” said British Baker editor Amy North.
“We’ve been absolutely blown away by the response to this year’s event and can’t wait to do it all again in 2024. We’ll be on the hunt for entries from February, so keep your eyes peeled on the British Baker website nearer the time – we’re excited to hear all about the innovative, imaginative, and game-changing ideas this wonderful industry has come up with over the past year.”
This year’s event saw 14 people, products, and businesses crowned in categories ranging from Bakery Retailer of the Year and Sustainability Initiative of the Year, to Rising Star Award and also Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry.
“We’ll be following up with the 2023 winners, as well as those from previous years, in the coming months, so stay tuned to find out more about their success stories and what part the awards had to play in that,” North added.
