Students from the National Bakery School at London Southbank University have revealed what they are looking for in a potential employer.
Speaking during a trip to Roberts Bakery’s site in Northwich, baking technology management students Isabella Taylor, Sophie Braker and Megan Flashman gave their views to British Baker on what would draw them to an employer after they graduate.
Twenty-two students listened to talks from third-generation baker David Roberts on the history of the brand, as well as Roberts Bakery managing director Stuart Spencer-Calnan on the recent re-brand of the business.
