What will bakery’s biggest trends be for 2024 and beyond? This feature will find out.

It will explore the up-and-coming trends that will make an impact on the bakery scene in the next year, covering topics from flavours to formats, sourcing, ingredients, production methods, retail channels and sustainability.

The trends may be broad in scope or specific to a type of product, with everything from bread to buns, cakes, pastry, pies and more considered.

To establish the trends, we want to know:
