French bakery and patisserie Boulangerie Jade is expanding with a third store.
Launching on 1 November, the outlet on Barry Road, Dulwich, London will have between 20 and 24 covers, according to owner Christophe Le Tyvenez Dobel.
Commenting on the expansion, he said: “The business has been doing well over the past two years. I found the opportunity in the right area, and I can afford to expand, so why not spend the money on the business?”
The first Boulangerie Jade store opened in 2002 at 44 Tranquil Vale, Blackheath, London, with La Petite Boulangerie Jade following in 2008, close by at 28A Blackheath Village.
The bakery produces different breads, including black olive fougasse, baguettes, focaccia and pain de champagne, cakes, tarts, savouries, sandwiches, pastries, biscuits, wedding cakes and seasonal bakes, such as Christmas logs and mince pies.
All products are made daily on-site and contain unbleached French flour and butter.
The business also handles wholesale orders.
