Suffolk-based Pump Street Bakery is to venture into London, as it opens a pop-up shop in the capital.
The firm will promote its new Rye Crumb, Milk & Sea Salt chocolate bar, as well as sell baked goods such as doughnuts, croissants and bear claws.
The temporary bakery shop will open from today, Tuesday 28 April, until Sunday 3 May, on Redchurch Street in Shoreditch.
The bakery produces homemade chocolate, crafted from scratch from cocoa beans, as well as a range of bread and pastries.
While at the stall, there will also be a talk on High Percentage Baking with Henrietta Inman Pâtissière. Inman will talk about the use of the bakery’s high-percentage pure chocolate in her baking.
The Pump Street Bakery is a family-owned café in Orford on the Suffolk coast.
