London bakery Bread Ahead is to undertake a summer residency at Harrods.
Situated in the bakery department on the ground floor, which was opened in late 2017 as part of a two-year restoration project, Bread Ahead will be serving up its renowned doughnuts.
The menu will feature jam- and cream-filled doughnuts, with flavours including raspberry jam, blueberry jam, vanilla cream and chocolate cream, priced at £4 for one or £14 for a pack of four.
The residency will run from 9 August until 14 September.
Bread Ahead was founded by Matthew Jones in 2013, with a site in Borough Market. The Bakery School opened in 2014, offering a variety of classes to the public, including a doughnut workshop, ancient grains workshop and a three-day guide to sourdough bread.
Since then the bakery has expanded with more sites across the capital, including a school and restaurant site due to open later this year on Wembley’s Olympia Way.
