
Pastries, pies, and puddings are among the new Tesco products helping shoppers create a memorable experience on Valentine’s Day.
Designed for those planning a relaxed romantic celebration at home, the Tesco Finest Valentine’s Dine In range launches on 9 February and features plenty of brand-new food & drink items.
Clubcard holders can take advantage of a £20 deal comprised of one starter, one main, two sides, one dessert, and one drink. There’s also a stripped-down £15 deal available at Tesco Express stores including one main, one side, one dessert, and one drink.
Below we detail the bakery innovations set for an amorous introduction next month as part of the retailer’s curated menu:

Camembert with Garlic & Parsley Dough Balls
Getting appetites in the mood are these dough balls (rsp: £6, when bought separately), which come with a garlic and parsley dressing and are paired with Camembert and a sweet, caramelised onion chutney for dipping.

Salmon & Prawn En Croûte with West Country Cheddar Cheese & Prosecco Sauce
Seafood lovers will want embrace this main choice (rsp: £7.50) featuring Scottish salmon fillet and king prawn in a rich West Country Cheddar cheese, Prosecco and chive sauce, all wrapped in golden and crisp puff pastry.

Beef Bourguignon Pies with Red Wine Jus
Catering to carnivores is this sumptuous pie (rsp: £7.50) filled with Aberdeen Angus beef slow cooked in a rich red wine and rosemary gravy, with oak smoked bacon, silverskin onions and chestnut mushrooms. Serve with red wine jus.

Garlic & Parsley Ciabatta
A bakery side dish is the Tesco Finest Ciabatta (rsp: £3.25), which has been crafted from an 18-hour fermented dough for a light and aerated texture with a signature crispy crust. It has then been finished with a garlic and parsley oil dressing.

Heart Shaped Macarons
On to desserts and these delicately crisp macarons (rsp: £3.75) inspired by a Parisian recipe and containing a sweet raspberry jam filling.

Banoffee Pudding
Last in the lovestruck line-up is a golden and light banana sponge topped with sweet and sticky toffee sauce made with British cream and hand finished with white chocolate curls (rsp: £3.50).
