Patisserie Valerie is expanding its presence further in the UK with a site opening at Bracknell’s Lexicon Shopping Centre.
The new store, which opened at the start of this month and is Patisserie Valerie’s first Bracknell site, will create 20 new job opportunities within the area. It will serve the company’s range of gateaux and afternoon tea collections, including finger sandwiches, miniature cakes and patisserie bites.
Customers can also use its interactive Create-A-Cake tool to design bespoke cakes for special occasions such as birthdays and weddings.
The site launch is part of the company’s expansion strategy to open 20 new stores annually. It has announced four new sites in Southport, Dublin, Stevenage and Worthing in the space of three weeks.
“We hope the town enjoys the scrumptious range of gateaux and patisserie we have to offer, amidst their busy shopping trips,” said Paul May, CEO of Patisserie Holdings.
Patisserie Valerie currently operates more than 145 stores across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
