Equipment supplier Rademaker will officially launch its new Radini and industrial bread lines at the upcoming IBA 2023.
Aimed at mid-sized craft bakeries, the Radini bread line follows previous successful launches of the Dutch company’s Radini laminating and pastry/croissant lines.
Rademaker’s latest modular dough processing line is designed for semi-industrial bakery production and has a capacity of between 400kg and 1,200kg of dough per hour. It can process both firm and soft pre-fermented dough, and is said to allow bakers to exploit the potential of automation while retaining the craft touch.
Production speed and capacity are increased while maintaining flexibility, according to Rademaker, with the modular configuration affording multiple compositions. The small footprint bread line can be used to automatically produce a uniform dough sheet for hand-moulded products, resulting in all types of bread, while additional options include automatic tray loading.
At the same time, Rademaker is set to unveil its new state-of-the-art industrial bread line showcasing a latest version of the make-up section, which shapes the dough sheet into a wide range of high quality bread products. A highlight of this new line is the bread rounder, capable of transforming the baker’s manual rounding technique into a flexible, industrial production solution.
Consistent, perfectly rounded bread products can thus be achieved with unrivalled ease using the advanced machine, which handles long pre-proofed doughs, resulting in rounded loaves. It also accommodates firm doughs to produce soft, rounded rolls, notes Rademaker.
Additionally, a depositing unit is said to offer bakers a high performance, efficient and space-saving filling solution, capable of handling a variety of smooth fillings.
Rademaker’s products will be shown to visitors of IBA, the international trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry that takes place every three years at Fairground Munich. This year, it is being held from 22 to 26 October.
Live demonstrations of the Radini lines will be given by the Dutch Boulangerie team, producing a selection of breads and pastries.
Meanwhile dough handling equipment specialist Radilinq, which is part of Rademaker, is launching its newly-designed Rack Loader & Unloader at IBA 2023. Billed as representing an exciting opportunity for bakeries to further improve their operational efficiency, the machinery helps to automate tedious tasks, and reduce labour costs and absenteeism with a consistent, reliable output.
Radilinq solutions for other key bakery processes will also be highlighted, such as depanning, proofing and oven loading/unloading.
