Fortnum & Mason has launched two new ranges of fancies, including one infused with its own teas.

The Teacup Fancies are infused with one of Fortnum & Mason’s unique tea blends, and filled with one of its bestselling preserves or curds. The other range, Sweetheart Fancies, contain a preserve or curd filling only.

They are available in boxes of six (£17.95 each) or a mixed box of 12 (£34.00):

 Fortnum’s Teacup Fancies

  • Fortmason Fancy - Sponge infused with Fortnum’s Fortmason tea, filled with Fortnum’s strawberry & Champagne preserve and topped with a ball of marzipan and fondant icing
  • Countess Grey Fancy - Sponge infused with Fortnum’s countess grey tea, filled with Fortnum’s lemon curd, topped with a ball of marzipan and fondant icing
  • Rose Pouchong fancy - Sponge infused with Fortnum’s rose pouching tea, filled with Fortnum’s damson & gin preserve, topped with a ball of marzipan and fondant icing

Fortnum’s Sweetheart Fancies

  • Lemon Curd Fancy - Sponge infused with lemon, filled with Fortnum’s lemon curd and topped with a ball of marzipan and fondant icing
  • Cherry Fancy - Sponge infused with cherry, filled with Fortnum’s cherry preserve and topped with a ball of marzipan and fondant icing
  • Marmalade Fancy - Sponge infused with orange, filled with Fortnum’s Burlington breakfast marmalade and topped with a ball of marzipan and fondant icing
