By reviewing the production process and introducing automation, the business reduced the time spent on cookie production from around 18 hours to just 40 minutes for the same output and without any compromise to quality. The result was not only greater efficiency but also the opportunity for skilled bakers to focus their attention elsewhere in the operation.
