Cupcake specialist Primrose Bakery has released its fifth cookery book, Primrose Bakery Everyday.
Written by owner Martha Swift and with a recommended retail price of £25, the book features 100 recipes, including some gluten-free, which have been developed and thoroughly tested in the Primrose Bakery kitchen.
Swift said the book only contained “recipes that I would be happy to sell” and reflected changing trends in her bakery and across the sector.
Primrose Bakery was founded in October 2004 in Primrose Hill, London, by Swift and then business partner Lisa Thomas after a successful period baking for children’s parties. The company now has three stores.
