Tex Mex Wrap, Co-op x Holy Moly
A partnership between Co-op and natural dip brand Holy Moly has produced a new Tex Mex Style Chicken Wrap, launching tomorrow (26 March) as part of the retailer’s summer 2026 food-to-go range.
Available as a premium meal deal option, the wrap (rsp: £3.50) features a filling of pulled British chicken, chipotle chutney, beans, lettuce, and a spicy slaw mix rolled up inside a white tortilla. It comes with a 57g pot of 100% natural guacamole from Holy Moly.
“Perfect for grabbing on the go, this wrap gives customers the freedom to dip or spread our guacamole into their wrap as they eat,” commented Holy Moly co-founder Tom Walker.
It follows Co-op’s previous wraps with dips such as the Turkey Double Dip’n’Dunk Wrap and the Peppercorn Steak Wrap with Rosemary Gravy Dip unveiled in successive Christmas seasons.

Allergen-free corn crackers, Creative Nature
Free-from food specialist Creative Nature has chartered a deal to supply Austrian Airlines with an exclusive new baked snack – Lightly Salted, Light & Crunchy Thins. The mini corn crackers, which come in co-branded packaging, do not contain any of the top 14 allergens including wheat, nuts, eggs, milk, and soya.
Julianne Ponan MBE purchased West Moseley-based manufacturer in 2012 and turned it into a profit-making brand with listings at Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Ocado among others. She suffers from anaphylaxis to all nuts, some seeds, and certain additives.
“I’ve flown a lot and never really known if the food onboard is safe,” said Ponan. “To now have our Light & Crunchy Thins on Austrian Airlines long-haul flights means people can relax and enjoy their journey without worrying. That’s a big deal for me personally and for anyone who needs allergen-free options.”
Creative Nature also sells a range of free-from baking mixes, snack bars, chocolate bites, and superfoods such as chia seeds and raw cacao nibs.
Quiches and scone bites, Higgidy
Premium savoury bakery brand Higgidy is looking to cater to springtime brunch occasions with new additions to its quiche range.
There’s the new Shakshuka-inspired Red Pepper and Greek Feta Brunch Quiche, described as bursting with Rose Harissa paste, topped with Greek feta and coriander crumb, and all baked inside seeded shortcrust pastry. Also tapping into popular world flavours is the Cypriot Halloumi and Chimichurri Quiche with Chilli, which combines extra mature Cheddar cheese, parsley and spinach, in a free-range egg filling, topped with halloumi and tossed in an Argentinian-influenced chimichurri sauce. These two six-inch, 400g quiches (rsp: £4.60 each) will be launched at selected retailers from 8 April, with a wider grocery roll out throughout April.
Additionally, the individually sized Extra Mature Cheddar & Kimchi Quiche with Spring Onions (£3, 155g) is also baked in seeded shortcrust pastry and has a kimchi and Red Leicester cheese, cayenne pepper, and paprika topping.
Samworth Brothers-owned Higgidy has also unveiled new Scone Bites (pack of six, 130g) in two flavours: Extra Mature Cheddar & Spring Onion and Crushed Sweetcorn & Jalapeño. The first is made using free-range egg, extra mature Cheddar cheese and spring onions, with a cream cheese filling and an extra mature Cheddar cheese and chive crumb. The second comprises free-range egg, extra mature Cheddar cheese, sweetcorn and jalapeños, with a cream cheese filling and a paprika and extra mature Cheddar cheese crumb.

Hot Honey Hawaiian Pizza, M&S
This new stone-baked pizza (rsp: £6.50, serves two) is made with 30-hour slow-fermented dough. Toppings include tomato sauce, mozzarella, Italian cotto ham, caramelised chilli pineapple, and spicy jalapeños, plus a drizzle of on-trend hot honey.
Available at M&S Foodhalls for a limited time only, it has suggested drinks pairings of spicy margarita, IPA or iced tea.

Spring onion & cheese scones, Truly Treats
Devonshire wholesale bakery Truly Treats has expanded its scone portfolio with a new flavour: Spring Onion & Cheese. The 97g scone offers a rich savoury profile with generous cheese inclusion, and is supplied frozen in cases of 28 with a shelf-life of 15 months.
Truly Treats said it developed the new recipe in response to growing demand from garden centre groups, hospitality venues and national operators seeking consistent, high-quality scones suitable for multi-site afternoon tea service. “Our scone range has become an important part of our partnerships with larger operators,” said Ellie Emberson, director at Truly Treats.
Launch of further scone varieties is planned later this year.
Flavoured cracker sandwiches, TUC
Pladis-owned brand Jacob’s has unveiled two new flavours to its TUC Sandwich range: Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream and Cream Cheese & Chive. These join the original and Cheese flavours.
“Our new TUC Sandwich Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream flavour brings together the familiar savoury crunch of TUC crackers with a vibrant blend of sweet chilli heat and smooth tangy sour cream flavour,” commented Scott Landay, senior brand manager at Pladis UK&I, “while TUC Sandwich Cream Cheese & Chive pairs rich, creamy cream cheese flavour with the mild, savoury notes of chive – all sandwiched between two signature crunchy TUC crackers.”
The new snacks (rsp: £1.69, 145g packs) have been rolled out across grocery, convenience, and wholesale channels.

Steak & Guinness Pasty, West Cornwall Pasty Co.
Created through a deal brokered by Diageo’s exclusive licensing agency Beanstalk, this ‘scrummy’ new pasty was developed to accompany the rugby season. It features Guinness marinated steak chunks, smoked bacon and vegetables in a rich gravy, all encased in a glazed, flaky pastry.
As per all West Cornwall Pasty Co. pastries, the hand-crimped Steak & Guinness Pasty is made in Cornwall before being freshly baked in store and served hot. It was officially launched at Twickenham stadium last month, when England fans saw their team thrashed by visitors Ireland, but has since been rolled out across motorway service stations and major train stations.
