Christmas bakery ranges 2025

The holidays are coming and they’re bringing with them a stocking full of Christmas cheer as major retailers and brands unwrap their festive bakery ranges.

There are stacks of Christmas sandwiches and wraps from the Festive Turkey Curry Sandwich at Waitrose to the seasonal turkey wrap at Co-op which comes with not one but two dips for a delicious interactive experience.

Keeping things savoury, everything is getting wrapped in pastry for a new twist on classic dishes. Waitrose has literally got everything wrapped up with a Salmon Roulade Wellington, Cauliflower Cheese Galette Crown, and Mushroom, Malbec & Port Wellington. M&S, meanwhile, has opted for a Salmon & Lobster Wellington, Garlic Butter Brie Wreath, and Turkey & Stuffing Pie.

When it comes to sweet dishes, there is gingerbread galore. Although in an effort to keep things fresh, the festive favourite has been combined with chocolate, maple, and other flavours. The gingerbread & maple combo is favoured by Co-op which has used it in everything from mince pies to celebration cakes, while Tesco has rolled out Chocolate & Gingerbread S’mores Tarts and combined the flavour with panettone for a double hit of Christmas cheer.
